Area Sales Manager - Digital Therapeutics (2-8 yrs)
Hiring for a digital health company focused on improving patient health through the intersection of technology, user design, behavioral intervention and clinical effectiveness.
- They are leveraging a smartphone first approach coupled with artificial intelligence to deliver globally scalable population level health outcomes, solving healthcare problems.
- Area Sales Manager (Mumbai) will work with the Sales & Strategy team. You will have the opportunity to work with a vibrant and talented team made up of people from various backgrounds - entrepreneurs, designers, venture capitalists, doctors, chronic disease experts & consultants.
- Your primary responsibility will be to sell technology solutions to doctors ensuring comprehensive care for their patients.
You will have the opportunity to :

- Lead a team of Territory Business Managers (TBMs)

You will be responsible for :
- Ensure achievement of sales targets from the Mumbai region
- Build a network of high volume prescriber base, KOLs, and KBLs in Mumbai region
- Lead and manage a team of TBMs ensuring each TBM reaches their sales targets
- Closing sales end to end, from lead generation, requirement gathering, presentation and contract closure
- Contributing towards developing creative methods for innovative concept sales to doctors
- Developing creative tactics to push for closure and reducing sales cycles
- Track and manage metrics and goals related to finance, revenue, productivity, operational efficiency and customer experience
- Manage sales operations on the ground
- Demonstrating ability to exceed revenue and profit targets
Qualifications:
- Required : Bachelor's degree preferably in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Biotech, Pharma etc.)
- Required : Keen on building a career in healthcare/health tech marketing
- Required : Min. 2 years of experience in category building and selling a new product in a new market
- Existing relationships with dialectologists/endocrinologists is an advantage but not a must-have.
- Entrepreneurial. Proactively identifies the right set of diabetologists/endocrinologists to partner with our business
- Professional and polished. Ability to inspire credibility and trust with doctors and their staff
- Target oriented. Exceeds individual targets contributing to overall targets
