We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales of digital printing and UVDTF (UV Digital Printing) machines through the self-network of dealers and distributors in the designated area. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the printing industry, and the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for digital printing and UVDTF machines in the assigned area.
- Dealer and Distributor Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a network of dealers and distributors to promote and sell our products.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our digital printing and UVDTF machines to communicate their features and benefits to potential clients effectively.
- Training: Provide product training and support to dealers and distributors, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against targets and key performance indicators.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring efficient use of resources.
