Area Sales Manager - Dairy (8-12 yrs)
1. Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products across the assigned cities to achieve or exceed the sales targets
2. Need to launch the products in high potential outlets of assigned cities (MT/ GT)
3. Managing, training and motivating the sales team to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
4. Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
5. Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Sales head
