Key Responsibilities:
- Volume
- Ensuring Achievement of Planned Volumes & Market share.
- Avoiding stock out (Dc to store connectivity & Dos at store level)
- Getting orders generated & executed
- Supply chain alignment
- Market Visit & Execution of Visibility
- Availability of stocks
- Proper visibility
- Training of In store Demonstrator
- Stock transfer at store level
- Informing ISD's about offers if any & implementation
- Highlighting and resolving issues at store level if any
- Visiting every store every week & ensuring brand visibility at stores
- Store Relationship / WD Management
- Getting Additional space in the store
- Getting customer insights & feedback on the product
- Getting additional volume business
- Meeting with store managers & store department managers
- Managing relations with store teams
- New Appointment
- Appointing new ISD's at stores which are high potential
- Training promoters & merchandisers
- Conducting monthly meeting with all the ISD's and motivating them
- Sharing monthly target with all ISD's & monitoring
- Training modern trade staff about the product & its features
- Reporting & Formatting
- Market visit daily report
- ISD's daily performance report by store
