Area Sales Manager - Construction Products/Aluminium/UPVC (8-10 yrs)
Job Title : Area sales Manager
Reporting to Regional Sales Head/GM (Sales)/Director
Need minimum 8+ years experience in interior/exterior product sales, Construction group sales, Aluminium/Upvc Windows & door sales.
Minimum qualification is degree.
Salary - 45000/- to 50000/-
Objective Summary:
- Responsible to oversee sales operations, target achievement and managing the sales team in the assigned region.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
2. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
3. Participate in company's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
4. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
5. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
6. Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to enhance sales performance.
7. Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
8. Provide timely feedback to the Business Development Executive regarding their sales performance.
9. Conduct business plan review meetings with marketing team.
10. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers
11. Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
12. Participate in training and meeting conducted by Management.
13. Verify the marketing plan submitted by BDE.
14. Conduct weekly review meeting with the team and identify the scope of improvement.Customer Relations
15. Ensure the follow up calls are timely done for enquiries from customers via mail, directly and website.
16. Ensure the quotations are sent for the enquiries on time Production
18. Communicate with the production supervisor regarding the status of completion of the work order received from client.HR
19. Coordinate with HR on recruiting junior level executives
20. Forward the TA of junior level executives after verifying the bills attached
