Area Sales Manager - Construction/Chemicals & Flooring (4-9 yrs)
Job Description
a) Appraise the activities of the sales staff according to overall sales strategies. Monitor and evaluate the performance, and the efficiency of staff and procedures.
b) Direct the development of initiatives such as new products, incentive bonus.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates who have experience in project sales would be preferred.
- Products like construction chemicals and flooring (tiles, stone and concrete) would be preferred.
- Should be able to handle assign area individually and with team.
