Area Sales Manager - Construction Business (5-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support reporting line in Customer Relationship Management, Key Account Management, Techno-Commercial consulting, and other business development activities for the Area.
- Lead the Area Sales team consisting of Technical & sales executives.
- Manpower scheduling and training to ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Assist reporting line in the Area budgeting process.
- Monthly target planning according to the annual goal of the Area and review of the same.
- Process planning and improvisation according to dynamic strategy needs.
- MIS generation and analysis for customers and organizations to track performance trends.
- Coordination with all other Area team members for lead transfer and to actualize the customer needs.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 6 years experience in building materials/Waterproofing/Roofing products/ ACP/Cement sheets.
- His nature of selling should be thru channel partners or direct for projects- civil or industrial but related to constructions.
- He or she should have good contacts with architects/PMC or construction companies etc.
