Area Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles Finanace (8-16 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Head of the territory for sourcing, customer service, Local OEM interactions, channel & team management. Over all business head for the territory.
Managerial Responsibilities :
- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Commercial Vehicle Business across Region.
- Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics
- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the region
- Grow the business and meet monthly revenue targets.
Functional Responsibilities :
- Business sourcing and relationship management of sourcing channels
- Relationship management with key strategic clients
- Payout reconciliation
- Co-ordination with internal stake holders
- Candidate needs to have existing connects with customers of the territory.
- He should be expert in understanding the balance sheet.
- He should have connect with Regional commercial vehicle associations
- He should be having knowledge of delinquent portfolio
- He should have connects with big contractors who are giving major projects to Cv operators.
Revenue Responsibilities :
- Will be managing 20% of the overall budget of Pan India for next 6 months. That would be approx. 250 cr for one FY
Competencies Required For The Role :
- Sales/relationship/negotiation/team handling/ analytical/Understanding Balance sheet
