Area Sales Manager - Channel Sales (Kitchen Appliances)
- Plan, manage and execute the expansion and penetration in Channel Sales for the designed Region. Lead efficient and effective business by achieving defined sales targeted levels of revenues.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Responsible for dealer and distribution network
- Planning geographical expansion into new territories, setting up infrastructure and distribution systems
- Creating brand awareness for the product by planning and executing the promotional activities
- Area-wise Sales forecasting, monitoring, and delivering.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with distributors/dealers to expand revenue streams.
- Coordinate with all the support functions like product, operations, and marketing to achieve the desired results and targets.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Graduate with Minimum 7+ Years of Experience in Channel Sales with Kitchen Appliance.
2. Go-getters with high drive and ownership
3. Should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment.
4. Handled a target driven sales force / Leadership capabilities.
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Proven ability to work in time sensitive and target driven environment.
7. Exposure to setting up General distribution network in past companies.
8. Willingness to travel and team player.
