Area Sales Manager - Camera (4-6 yrs)
- Should have understanding about camera industry and product portfolio.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales Consultants.
- Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
- Planning sales & revenue growth and forecasts to the management.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan
- Business sense and Photo channel industry expertise
- Manpower Planning, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Consultants.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Building a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
- Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle to successful closure via local marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review team performance.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
