Area Sales Manager - Business Expansion - Medicine (5-10 yrs)

We are the top of Generic Medicine stores, in India with ISO 9001:2015. We will reach 10 crore people by 2030. We are engaged in appointing franchisees of Generic Medicine shops all over India.

As an ASM, you would be working on franchise business development, and you will be responsible for driving franchise growth by identifying and securing new franchise partners. The role also includes supporting franchisees through the business setup process and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and qualify franchise leads, converting them into business partnerships.

- Oversee the franchise sales process and drive expansion efforts.

- Develop strategic business proposals and negotiate franchise agreements.

- Work closely with franchisees to set up and operate their business successfully.

- Ensure compliance with company franchise policies and operational guidelines.

- Maintain ongoing relationships with franchise partners to support their success.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to inform growth strategies.

- Collaborate with leadership to align franchise growth with company objectives.
