Area Sales Manager - Bus/Truck/Tractor (8-15 yrs)
- Managing Sales & Marketing operations .
- Achieve sales targets for the region along with increasing the market shares through Channel Partners.
- Conducting the process of Scouting, selecting and recruiting of New channel Partners
- Identify, develop and strengthen the dealer infrastructure network in the assigned territory
- Handling & Motivating Dealers & team of executives in the assigned territory.
- Conduct relationship management with key customers and strategic alliances with channel partners.
- Diagnose each market, conceptualize solutions and plan corrective actions
- Establishing and Maintaining close business contact with Identified key accounts and individual customers and work towards building long term relations.
- Sales Forecasting and Market development through local promotional campaigns providing feedback to the Product Management groups on Market position.
- To gauge and give inputs regarding the customer expectations through timely reports to product development / Marketing team.
- To act as an interface between the Product development / Marketing team and the end customers.
