Area Sales Manager - Bus (6-15 yrs)
Locations : Ahmedabad, Aurangabad & Pune
Grade : Manager (people with knowledge of bus segment - HCV only apply)
Responsibilities
- Ensure Market Share increase of the Buses in the respective territory
- Knowledge on Bus division is mandatory
- Assist in setting up the facilities in the 3S dealerships as per network growth plan
- Sales planning and manpower productivity enhancement
- Drive new product penetration within respective markets
- Provide systematic feedback to verticals on product performance and product perception
- Monitor competition and competitor activities on products, sales, and promotions.
- Enhance customer connect and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor costs, implement cost saving measures and ensure profitability of the dealer point.
The selected candidates will be given extensive hands on training in the products, processes and procedures prior to the placement in the field.
Profile
- B. E / Diploma with 6-10 years of experience
- Knowledge of local language is desirable
- Ability to drive team members for stretch results
- Should be willing to travel extensively
- Knowledge on Bus division is mandatory
