Area Sales Manager - Building Material - South (5-10 yrs)
1. Candidate should have experience in selling chemical-based products. Knowledge of Bitumen emulsion and waterproofing mixture will be an added advantage.
2. You should have worked on dealing with government departments like PWD, CPWD, MES, etc.
3. Project to Company achievable sales revenue based on historical sales data, analysis of market surveys & trends, and calculated estimates
4. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
5. Maintain a relationship with the client by providing support, information, and guidance
6. Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
7. Negotiate the terms of the agreement and closing sales
8. Gathering market and customer information by having a clear understanding of customer's business and requirements.
9. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
10. Excellent Communication skill with an attitude to learn, energetic and go-getter
