Area Sales Manager - Building Material (8-14 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility:-
1.This will be for their Project sales vertical To achieve the sales target and other objectives as required by the company for the Region.
2.Monitor and Steer the distributors to meet the organizational objectives.
3.To meet Builders, Architects and Institutional members for generating leads.
4.To generate and develop new business opportunities in projects and institutions.
5.To develop their business for all the product ranges.
6.To maintain a detailed database of the client.
7.To draw up plans for servicing the upcoming projects.
8.Develop various teams for Installation in the Region and there is Maintenance of the products.
9.Implement Marketing strategies for his Region.
10.Develop, Maintain and Update the competitor information database
