Area Sales Manager - Building Material (3-6 yrs)
Position Summary :
- Is responsible for building and developing the Retail Network for the assigned area.
- Should be passionate and focussed on achieving the Sales Targets for his assigned area.
Job Description :
- Handling channel sales and building the dealer network for assigned territory.
- Focused on achieving the defined monthly sales targets.
- Building good relationship with the dealers/distributors and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Distribution & Channel Management, to ensure that the orders are received within the committed timelines.
- Being involved in Negotiation and Closing sales end to end.
- Market Mapping at regular intervals.
- Understanding and being aware of the Competitor Activities which are taking place in the assigned area and taking appropriate action as countermeasures.
- Generate orders, undertake collection of dues, undertake sales promotional activities.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per predefined formats within stipulated timelines.
