Area Sales Manager - Building Material (3-15 yrs)
To promote entire range of Wellness in assigned territory
- To keep updated database of builders/dealers/architects
- To develop strong relation with Senior Architect / Designer by personal visit,courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals
- To do field accompaniment call for 2 days / month and make MOM
- Resolve issue found during field accompainment calls with 3 days of vist and inform HOD
- To review periodic pricing
- Submit Branch wise sales performance, sales forcasting, dealer wise sales performance,
customer complaints and dealer complaints MIS to HOD - wellness
