Area Sales Manager - BIL Business - NBFC (5-13 yrs)
1) The incumbent will be responsible for Timely recruitment of DSTs / FoS as per requirement / plan / budget.
2) The incumbent will be responsible for Regular training of DST / FoS to ensure awareness of Product Policy.
3) The incumbent will be responsible for meeting branch / location disbursement targets month on month.
4) The incumbent will be responsible for Ensuring that funneling activities / cold calls are being carried out by FoS.
5) The incumbent will be responsible for Ensuring continuous flow of customer leads and logins.
6) The incumbent will be responsible for Ensuring that customer service levels are kept in terms of response TAT and that no wrong commitments are made to the customer.
7) Handling of sales team including sales manager and area, relationship manager and sales executives.
8) The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring BIL business from them.
9) The incumbent will source business in line with company policy and ensure compliance.
10) The incumbent will be responsible for quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
11) Extensive knowledge of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends will be added advantage.
12) The incumbent should have good networking and relationship building skills.
13) The incumbent has to be target oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.
14) To identifying the need of changing market trends, channel development.
