Area Sales Manager - BFSI (6-10 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 5-8 on-roll employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Sales, Agency Sales, or TPA, with a preference for those with experience in Health, Life, and General Insurance, particularly with GMC/GPI products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-8 sales employees, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and TPAs.
- Drive group sales/corporate sales, with a focus on health insurance products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Corporate Sales, Agency Sales, or TPA, preferably in Health, Life, and General Insurance.
- Strong knowledge and experience with GMC/GPI products.
- Demonstrated experience in group sales/corporate sales, particularly in health insurance.
- Previous experience in a branch manager or team handling role with a stable career history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Age preferably below 35 years.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
