Job Title : Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) - BFSI

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Shift : Day Shift (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Qualification : Graduation

Industry : Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI)

Experience Required : 5 years or more

Key Responsibilities :

- Meet and exceed business targets for Channel Finance by leveraging leads from Corporate Anchors.

- Achieve new borrower targets and Asset Under Management (AUM) targets for the assigned markets.

- Understand credit risk and ensure that high-quality leads are pursued by the team.

- Maintain excellent working relationships with the sales teams of Corporate Anchors across different cities.

- Generate new anchor leads through market research and leveraging borrower networks.

- Manage a portfolio of unsecured Distribution Finance, taking full responsibility for its growth and profitability.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit and risk management teams, to ensure timely and accurate processing of financing applications.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the BFSI sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in BFSI sales, specifically in supply chain financing or SME lending business with an NBFC or Fintech Company.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.

- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment in lending.

- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to generate leads and expand business opportunities.

- Prior experience managing unsecured Distribution Finance portfolios is a plus.
