Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our agency vertical sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the department sales team to meet marketing objectives and targets.
- Establish and carry out strategic sales plans to drive company growth.
- Discover new business prospects and market trends.
- To boost volume of sales, build and keep good connections with agents and retailers.
- Conduct market analysis on a regular basis to stay energy on competition and discover chances at development.
- Ensure that business activities and outcomes are submitted on time and properly.
- Partnership with cross-functional groups is essential to ensuring effective operations and customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop the sales force at the agency to increase their efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of field sales or BFSI experience.
- Excellent management as well as leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate.
- An established history of exceeding sales targets and driving corporate growth.
- Ability to operate equally independently and collaboratively.
- MS Office and sales application proficiency required.
- Ability to move about extensively within the given area.
Salary : 3 To 4 LPA + Incentives
