Job Overview:
Oversee and guide a team of insurance agents to promote and sell life insurance policies within a designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train new insurance agents.
- Set sales targets and support agents in achieving them.
- Increase the number of agents in the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry.
- Proven sales ability.
- Willingness to travel for agent and customer meetings.
- Age: 21 to 38 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within BFSI and insurance sectors.
