Area Sales Manager - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Manager to spearhead our insurance sales efforts.
Job Responsibilities :
- Recruit a team from the open market.
- Guide, manage, and train the team.
- Drive policy sales through the recruited team.
- Generate business and meet sales targets.
- Achieve half-yearly and yearly business targets.
Qualification :
- Graduation is required.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any field).
- Must own a bike.
- The candidate must be a local resident.
Compensation :
- CTC : Up to - 3.50 LPA + Performance-based incentives + Other benefits.
- On-roll employment with the company.
- Five-day work week with weekends off.
