Area Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
In order to increase sales and meet growth objectives, the Area Sales Manager will oversee and lead a group of insurance agents in a predetermined area. This position includes hiring and training agents, establishing and keeping track of sales targets, and making sure that corporate rules and legal requirements are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategy in order to reach goals.
- Hire, develop, and oversee insurance representatives.
- Keep an eye on performance and offer coaching.
- Examine market trends and modify tactics as necessary.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and address concerns that escalate.
- Create sales reports and keep precise documentation.
Requirements:
The ideal degree is a bachelor's.
- Has to be in the area.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Capacity to flourish in a target-driven setting.
