Area Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
As an Area Sales Manager, your role will involve helping clients find appropriate coverage, educating them about our products, and building lasting relationships to enhance their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify clients' insurance needs and propose suitable plans to ensure they have adequate coverage.
- Generate leads through outreach in the open market.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships and discover new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone or in person.
- Ability to identify and engage potential customers.
- Experience in recruiting agents.
- Knowledge of insurance sales.
Candidate Profile:
- Communication and knowledge of BFSI Product
- Age requirement: 21 to 38 years.
- A degree is necessary.
