Job Description:

The Area Sales Manager is driving growth in the assigned region by recruiting, managing, and nurturing a team of high-performing agents. The manager will play a crucial part in achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Recruit, onboard and train agents to build a strong network in the area.

- Design and implement strategies to improve agent performance and achieve sales targets.

- Mentor, guide, and provide regular feedback to agents to optimize their productivity.

- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure agents have the necessary support to succeed.

- Maintain adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance sector.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage teams effectively.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

- Analytical skills to assess data and develop effective strategies for growth.
