Area Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are excited to announce that we are in search of a hardworking and experienced candidate to join us as a Area Sales Manager.
Roles :
- Identify; Recruit Potential Insurance Advisors
- Drive Business Targets Through Advisors
- Coach Advisors for Higher Productivity, Prepare Strategy; Achieve Target
- Continuously review performance and set new targets.
- Relationship Management
- To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly advisor meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience- 2 to 4 years in Sales and Marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI )
- Any Graduate can apply
- Age is 21- 38 years
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
