Roles and responsibilities :
- Sales of Life insurance via the agency representative.
- Recruit & train the vendors and develop business via them in the allocated territory.
- Accountable for permitting and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- To complete agents, Lead Providers, and intermediates on an unchanging basis and maintain records of the same in a planned manner.
- You will procure fresh premium via agents concatenated to you.
- You will be accountable to recruit salesclerks and hybrid agents.
- Accompany representatives on consumer visits to sustain and enhance sales skill.
- Design agents in line with employment expansion/training requirements of the Company.
