Area Sales Manager - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Pay : Up to 3.75 LPA plus other perks and bonuses.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Reach sales goals through interacting with supplied leads.
- Visit prospective customers in pre-designated locations to learn about their financial requirements and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
- Continue to communicate with clients daily. Help clients both before and after the transaction.
- Maintain business excellence and encourage customer loyalty.
The profile of the candidate :
- It is required to have a graduation degree.
- It is necessary to have at least one year of experience with both life insurance and BFSI.
- Age range : 22-38. Candidates need to have lived in the area for three to five years minimum.
