Area Sales Manager - BFSI (2-10 yrs)
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing sales activities within a designated geographic area.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the assigned area.
- Drive the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 2+Years of Field sales experiences.
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies
- Age Criteria:21 to 38.
