Area Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Your role is to inspire, coach, and drive sales success while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors to drive sales life.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and Building a high performing distribution network of financial consultants(FCs) .
- Prepared for Field Sales and Marketing Building relationships with advisors or managers through insurance policies Maximum Field Work and Hiring New Advisors.
- Sales of life policies of through the agency model.
- Participate in market research and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Specifications:
- Graduation mandatory.
- Experience: 1-5 years in Sales.
- Age : 21 to 38.
- Communication & Relationship Management.
- Sales & Business Development.
- Must be Local.
