About the Role :
As an Area Sales Manager in the Agency Channel, you will lead and manage a team of Insurance Advisors within your region. Your main focus will be to drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and ensure that the team meets sales targets. You'll also play a crucial role in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Ensure the team is fully trained on products, policies, and sales techniques.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective action to ensure target achievement.
- Foster strong relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Age: 25 to 40 years.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.
Compensation :
- Salary (CTC): - 3.02 LPA to - 3.08 LPA
