Area Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in driving growth and achieving targets. You will assist in developing strategies, mentoring sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to enhance overall sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
- Provide ongoing training and support to junior sales staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1.5+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
