Role :
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be the architect of our sales strategy in Ajmer, driving growth and fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will empower your team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Vision : Craft and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the Ajmer market.
- Team Empowerment : Lead, mentor, and motivate your sales team, cultivating a high-performance environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
- Client Partnerships : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their insurance needs.

Qualification :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Experience : 1+ years in Field sales.

Compensation :
