Area Sales Manager - BFSI (0-2 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan
2. Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan
3. Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
4. Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency Structure.
5. Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life and Non Life Division
6. Ensure Non Life Revenue is at 30% of the Life Revenue Target
(For E.g. if Life Revenue is Rs.1000000 then Non Life Revenue Target will be Rs. 300000 and Total Revenue Target to be achieved will amount to Rs. 1300000
7. Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
8. Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis
9. Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
10. Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on a ongoing basis.
11. Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company
