Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-9 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2 years- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills,
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Creating sales plans in accordance with company objectives.
- Assigning assignments based on priority to team members.
- Aiding in the recruitment and training of new hires.
- Preserving a positive relationship with both existing and new clients.
- Recognizing the demands of the clientele and informing them of the goods and services on offer
- Collaborating with sales managers and field sales representatives.
- Organizing team training sessions as and when necessary.
- Monthly preparation of sales reports.
- Providing customers with appropriate and timely sales help.
- Ensuring client fulfilment.
- Participating in meetings with the leaders of the team to talk about the changes being made to the sales plan.
