Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Driving wallet share of the targeted product mix in the designated bank branches.
- Develop a relationship with the bank's sales and operations staff to meet predetermined business goals.
- Self Lead Generation Capability.
- Collaborating on business plans with the branch manager and branch LGs
- Driving and inspiring the branch personnel, working with Bank RM, and offering assistance with login in to supplied applications
- Prospecting and meeting with clients both inside and outside the Branch as necessary to meet branch RM Activation & Income goals
- Work cooperatively with the bank's sales and operations staff to make collaborative sales calls as a team.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation : In any Stream
- Age : 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Leadership Skills
