Job Description :
- Achieving the area's primary and secondary goals
- Monthly sales planning and forecasting, accounting for shelf life
- Channel management
- Cost management
- Month-by-month business forecasting
- Benchmarking the prior year
- Competition tracking and developing proactive strategies to fend off new entrants
- Allocating manpower in various areas based on individual capabilities.
- Encourage and mentor team members to maximise sales
- Training subordinates to acquire the necessary abilities; conducting trainings on items, selling skills, lead prospecting, and closing skills.
- Business generation and attaining budgeted numbers, and activity ratio on a monthly basis.

- Age : 24 to 38 Years
