Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- The sales team in a designated region must be managed, trained, and given general direction.
- Set manageable sales goals for the sales staff to meet.
- Keep an eye on the sales team's performance and inspire the team to reach or beyond sales goals.
- Gather customer opinions and notify upper management.
- Visit current and potential clients within a designated sales territory to present the business's offerings and raise brand recognition.
- Use outbound calls, email correspondence, and in-person interactions with clients to close deals.
- Create and maintain enduring connections with your customers.
- To help the sales staff identify and prioritise important clients and prospects, use a sales management procedure.
- Proven sales experience; desirable is industry-specific sales experience.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets.
