Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Area Sales Manager to help us build up our business activity
Responsibilities :
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Graduate / MBA
Experience : Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing
Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
