Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Develop and implement tactical sales plans in the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets and corporate goals.
- To boost sales, identify important accounts, potential customers, and market opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with potential customers, distributors, retailers, and other partners.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to improve their productivity and performance.
