Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Sells goods by managing employees, growing and retaining a clientele.
- By hiring, choosing, onboarding, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff members in designated districts, regional sales human resource goals are met.
- Plans, monitors, evaluates, and reviews job contributions in order to communicate job expectations.
