Area Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Creating sales strategies and plans to meet sales and profit targets while managing, training, and inspiring sales representatives
- Making ensuring that sales representatives receive continual training, inspiration, and development will help to ensure that sales and earnings are efficiently handled and maintained.
- Achieving or exceeding certain productivity and sales quotas
- Giving all employees and team members consistent, inspirational guidance
- Making sure that all company, state, and federal laws and regulations are followed
- Ensuring that sales personnel are properly educated and capable of carrying out their duties
- Provide everyday, world-class customer service to all clients
- Creating and implementing sales and marketing initiatives to drive sales and profit
- Gathering consumer input and doing market research
