Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing sales in a specific territory. The key account abilities include business development and increase in market share by addition of new customers, retention of existing customers and managing outstanding credit collections in the territory. Role holder should be able to strategically drive the sales by maintaining top line with profitability.
Job Description :
- Should handle distributors and Channel partners candidates should be personal care and Beauty and health care industry only have exp in salon division
- Designing and implementation of Sales and Marketing activities
- Achieving Sales targets.
- Monitoring daily secondary target of the team.
- Review Distributor appointment
- Secondary primary during the weekly meeting.
- Review of Sales Executive DSR update on daily basis.
- Developing the sales potential of territory
- Selling of slow-moving items linked with up selling at salons
