Work Experience : 5+ Years experience as sales manager, area sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets in NBFCs/Banks/MFIs
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Qualification : Any Post Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Job Requirements :
- Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in English and the regional language, Selling skills, persuasive skills, listing skill.
- Good Leadership/supervisory skills
- Good computer & internet knowledge
- Good negotiation skill
Job Responsibilities :
- Sales process management, Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for personal loans
- Handling the team of field executives, periodically reviewing their performances, constantly motivating team members and driving them towards achieving targets.
- Relationship management by continuously interacting with prospective clients and regular customers.
- Extensive travelling all over Uttar Pradesh for sales.
- Building up a strong pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Managing the entire sales cycle after lead generation to successful closure.
- Assign the targets to the team and achieve them effectively.
- Training, Demonstrating and presenting product related details to the team.
