Job Designation : Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Job Description :
1. Generate new business for the Bank in accordance with the defined targets for the Business Development Team.
2. Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
4. Acquisition of new Clients.
5. Should do selling of the banking products like Current Account, Saving Account, Asset, Liabilities, Retail banking and all other banking products.
6. Handling the 7 to 8 branches.
7. Controlling of 12 to 14 BDMs.
8. Interested on team handling.
Desired Criteria :
1. Should be Graduate.
2. Minimum experience of 4 year of direct sales
3. Good Analytical, Communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
