Area Sales Manager - Bank (1-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers and build long-term relationships with them to promote the bank's products and services
- Train and guide the sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve their targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process, from lead generation to customer onboarding
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and potential areas for growth
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to sales activities within your designated area
