- Responsible for the sale of a business- products or services in a specified region or geographical area..
- Manages a sales team in the specified area..
- Driving his team to meet the targets.
- Responsible for broadening & sustaining existing business base with exploration of opportunities among the Channel Partners & by increasing organizational share in the client portfolio.
- To identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity for the team .
- Incumbent is responsible for Channel Partners engagement & networking to gain market feedback & to identify further business avenues.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have 5-10 Years- relevant Experience in life insurance Bancassurance channel
- Need Team handling experience
- Provide CTC UPTO 9LPA
- Willingness to travel in the assigned territory
- Good analytical skills & excellent communication
