Role:
- This is a B2B Sales role for the Bakery Products division and is responsible for Application for all bakery products (Brownie, Bread, Cakes, Muffin, Donuts, Cookies, Neutral Gel, Whip cream powder etc.), Customer Dealing, Regular follow ups for orders, Key account handling, Technical support to customers, Distributor appointment, Sales order placement, Target achievements, Handling subordinates, New customer additions, Decide opportunity pipeline, Documentation handling, Coordination with supply chain to timely delivery of order at customer end, Market complaint handling at customer end, Coordination with R&D for new product development, Weekly and monthly report, Market survey.
- Preference is for a candidate who is working or has worked in a FMCG/Bakery/ exposure to the yeast product lines or a similar industry.
- We are looking for person who is hard core on Corporate Sales or B2B sales in a preferably exposure to the yeast product lines or bakery background is essential.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Food Technology/ Hotel Management preferred. If not, MBA could be considered with a good food technology background, especially in the bakery segment.
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience. Is a hard-core B2B sales position, but exposure to the bakery background is a must.
- Target audience in their sales: Large accounts like Modern Foods, bakery chains and finally mom-and-pop bakery shops.
- Open to work in Southern Region
