Area Sales Manager - Automotive (5-7 yrs)
Job Summary :
Location : Mumbai, India.
Role : Sales and business development for the Personal Auto Division in West India.
Responsibilities : Expand the automotive aftermarket detailer and channel base and engage with OEMs to grow the Personal Auto portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Key Account Management : Build and manage relationships with automotive manufacturers by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Channel Management : Identify, onboard, and manage channels in West India to drive retail sales.
- Sales Execution : Manage sales planning, forecasting, inventory tracking, order collection, billing, and payment collection. Ensure sales and collection targets are met.
- Pipeline Management : Use Salesforce (SFDC) to manage accounts, leads, opportunities, and revenue schedules.
- Collaboration : Work with marketing and technical teams to execute campaigns, convert leads into sales, and conduct training and demo programs for OEMs.
Minimum Qualifications :
- MBA with a proven sales track record.
- 5-7 years of core sales experience.
- Good understanding of the automotive aftermarket.
- Experience with dealer/distributor management is a plus.
